We are recruiting for 2 Procurement Data Entry Specialists for a non-profit organization in downtown Sacramento. The Procurement Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for finding, updating and entering product content into various fields in a pre-programmed Access databased with easy to use forms as well as into Excel spreadsheets. Thisis a long term, 6 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities: Validate and update data points from the manufacturer sites/catalogs: Product descriptions and keywords. Validate images to product content to ensure images accurately display product. Quality check for each individual product display part to ensure content is present, accurate and complete.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent also required. Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required. Ability to work independently. Type 65 WPM. Attention to detail and quality work with data entry. Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to enter data into forms(within Access). Ability to research product criteria on the internet, navigating to manufacturer websites to confirm content.

Pay:$15-$16 DOE.
