PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond and process payroll requests and inquires. Process the weekly and bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, reconcile and audit payrollprocessing within the payroll system. Provide customer service on inquiries about payroll. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure employee status changes are paid and entered correctly in payroll system. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with information related to employees, managers and department operations, without exception. Assist with HR administrative tasks. Other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years minimum working experience responsibilities performing, planning and organizing payroll activities. A minimum of 2 years' experience with the ADP Workforce Nowsystem. Strong technical skills in MS Office is required. Must be able to process/enter data into the computer system quickly and proficiently.
