Patient Service Representative

Responsibilities: Acts as first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and requests by email, phone, and web portal channels. Takes messages, triages calls and routes calls as is appropriate. Determinespatient eligibility. Receives and processes fees or credit card payments prior to patient appointments. Facilitatesnew patient registration, updates patient demographics, schedules patient appointments and follows up with reminders for upcoming appointments. Br>
Requirements: 1 year experience in a healthcare setting. Previous experience with customer service and interacting with patients required. Strong reliability and communication skills. Must have excellent attention to detail. Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
