Office Assistant - Part Time

Responsibilities: Provide proactive assistance to office staff and members. Answer phones and directcalls to appropriate staff. Greet and direct visitors. Electronic and manual filing. Maintain supply of membershipbags. Distribute/collect/process mail. Scan files and reports and ensure records/files are correct and current. Prepare correspondence and communications, reports, and other materials such as Thank You notes. Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Requirements: 2+ years' of administrative support experience. High School Diploma. Intermediate MS Office skills. Ability to type 45wpm. Effective communicator with emphasis on customer service. Professional demeanor. Strong working knowledge of standard office equipment. Excellent writing skills.
