Medical - Business Development Manager (Direct Hire)
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. Establish relationships with key decision makers with prospective clients. Work closely with prospective clients to develop strategies, examining risks and potentials, estimating clients' needs and goals. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Be aware of all contract or statement of work scope changes and where appropriate negotiate additional compensation for the changes. Determine the best measurement tools to provide accurate and meaningful reporting on the marketing strategies built for clients. Work with Finance to ensure all services are invoiced in a timely manner per contractand scope agreements. Assist in building the pricing structure for all marketing services. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance on key metrics.
Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in account management, business development and/or medical sales. Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Strong relationship management skills. Effective negotiation skills. Excellent business writing and proposal writing skills. Keen attention to detail. Exceptional service orientation.
