We have a healthcare client with a need for a long term Logistics Services Coordinator to maintain and coordinate activity in a sophisticated Logistics system. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare reports, cost analysis, and financial projections on company logistic and transportation services. Maintain and update manuals and documentation as needed. Serve as a responsible steward of information through timely documentation and accurate record-keeping. Respond to and resolve calls, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Successfully secures, coordinates, and maintains effective Logistic Services for Clients. Partner with Service Coordinators to resolve logistic issues. Timely and accurately distributes monthly transportation passes to Clients based on orders. Monitors data on logistic usage and unmet needs. Required reports are completed and/or filed on time and accurately. Maintains cost-effective Logistic Services. Effectively monitors and maintains contracts with, and accurate information on, Logistics Service Providers. Prepares pertinent analysis and reports for Management. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Business, Social Work, Human Services, or closely related field. Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in transportation services in a Coordinator related role. Experience in coordination, data analysis, and report writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communications skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate well with others. Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing circumstances and needs. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands and tasks.
