RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and builds relationships with sales team and the service departments. Supports Sales Team with various workflow processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness including application submission, carrier correspondence, and quality control. In collaboration with service department monitors various reporting metrics, and rectifies system, data entry, and/or agent errors. Evaluate and make recommendations to improve business processes for sales department. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 3 years of experience in sales or customer service environment. Strong communication, prioritization, customer service, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to prepare, read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence. Building supply or lumber industry experience is a plus.
SALARY: $16.00 - $18.00/hr
