Job Description

Pacific Staffing is recruiting an experienced Information Technology Manager to join a growing property development organization in Sacramento. The Information Technology Manager will collaborate with department heads, manage IT projects, and ensure the organization's IT infrastructure meets its needs. This is an onsite position with excellent benefits, accrued vacation, and paid holidays including one week at the end of the year. Pay: $95k - $115k.


The ideal candidate has 3-5 years’ IT operations or technical experience, and project management. Proficiency in Yardi and Salesforce preferred. Leadership skills and the ability to drive cross-functional teams are essential.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and supervise the IT department staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement strategic IT solutions.
  • Manage IT projects, including software implementations and hardware upgrades.
  • Ensure the maintenance and performance of software systems.
  • Oversee hardware and software licensing needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external consultants.
  • Prepare and monitor the IT department budget.
  • Research and advise stakeholders on new IT services.
  • Develop IT policies and procedures in coordination with the CFOO.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of Information Technology Project management experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite and software implementations.
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and/or Salesforce administration required, Advanced Yardi and Salesforce skills preferred.
  • Working knowledge with configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting cloud-based software solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
  • Experience managing SharePoint document libraries and strategic planning preferred.
