RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides technical support on a daily basis responding to user's needs and office growth. Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers, networked printers and large format printer/scanners. Installs hardware and software on workstations. Maintains network and telecommunications. Troubleshoots LAN/WAN and connectivity issues. Re-images computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving when required. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 3-5 years of related experience is required. Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Customer service, follow instructions, attention to detail, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and follow-through with strong organizational skills. Windows 7/10 OS Support Skills (Desktop and Laptop Computers). Client/service VPN configurations and MS Terminal Services. Mobile devices (Android & IOS). Familiarity with Mac IOS a plus. Network hardware, including servers, storage devices, routers and firewalls.
PAY RATE: $30.00/hr
