RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, monitor, and help update the information technology infrastructure, systems, networks, software, and all other automation resources within the Company to ensure continual functioning of mission critical operations. Respond to incoming help requests from organization staff via email and phone. Evaluate the organization's Internet communication requirements, provide needs assessments and create solutions fordelivery of the organizations needs through their websites. Prioritize, document and proactively resolve help requests. Apply diagnostic tools and techniques in troubleshooting problems. Install and upgrade operating system and application software, install hardware, implement file backups, and configure systems and applications. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Demonstrated experience with personal computers and software applications, Microsoft Windows Environments. Understanding of software deployment strategies. Experience with Microsoft windows configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networks supporting VoIP telephony, computers and other systems. Excellent documentation skills. Perform duties with high integrity and responsibility.
