IT Project Coordinator - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor project plans, project scope, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Manage and resolve project details withstaff, vendors, and end-users. Ensure project deadlines are met. Ensure projects adhere to chosen frameworks and maintain all project documentation. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Deliverand explain training materials to users to support their success. Research vendor accounts for issues or inconsistencies.
Requirements: Three years' experience in related field. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related degree. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly organized. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
