Human Resources Generalist
Roseville, California | Temporary Position
Responsibilities: Recruiting functions include: posting positions to various job sites, screening candidates, drug testing & background check administration. Compensation duties include: updating and maintaining job descriptions and salary ranges. Participate in ensuring compliance is current in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, leaves of absence, etc. Update and maintain the HR System to produce various regular reports, system testing, and timekeeping. Research and process development for various projects or functions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is required. 3 years related experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role including proven recruiting and employee relations skills. ADP experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skillsand strong interpersonal skills required. Detailed-oriented, accurate, thorough and takes extreme pride in work. Strong organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. PHR or SPHR preferred.
