West Sacramento, CA | Temp-to-Hire Position
Responsibilities: Support the HR Manager and VP of HR with day-to-day tasks of the Human Resources team. Onboarding for new hires; create personnel files, process I-9's and background investigations. Maintain employee files and records; enter and update employee data, LOA, EEO data. Assist with recruitment coordination. Benefit enrollment for new hires. Special projects as assigned.
Requirements: 1-2 years' experience supporting an HR team. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer savvy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think criticallyand problem solve. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Self-motivated, willing to learn and show initiative.
