Are you tech savvy and strategic when it comes to marketing? We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a global technology organization in the Sacramento area. The Marketing Manager will work with the U.S. Entertainment Division to define and implement the company's marketing plan. The Marketing Manager will have astrategic understanding of the Cinema and/or Events/ProAV business. The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of the market in order to drive end-user communications and elevate awareness of the organization's Cinemaand Live Events product offerings to increase sales. This is a direct hire opportunity with an organization offering a competitive wage and benefits package.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs to ensure division goals are achieved. Interact with key opinion leaders in the industry, partners, end users as well as internal clients to gain an intimate understanding of how company productsand solutions serve the entertainment industry. Devise, direct and coordinate plans to support new product launchesand sales goals. Create go-to-market strategies that utilize webinars, channel management brochures, educational forums, newsletters, web marketing, etc. Define and implement marketing and promotions programs to help drive salesthrough alternate channels. Work with public relations and events departments to elevate company presence in the industry. Create, edit and update marketing collateral.

Requirements: 5+ years' High Tech Product marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing required. Experience as Senior Project, Marketing or Account Manager a plus. Solid knowledge of the Cinema and/or live events industries. Demonstrated experience with the following: Marketing Plans, Communication, Web Marketing, Programs, Media and Press Releases, Trade Shows etc. Excellent verbal, organizational and copywriting skills. Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Some experience in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Goal oriented/passion for achievement, proactive and flexible work ethic. Able to travel: 25% (primarily US).
