Responsibilities: Performsend-to-end HR analytics and reporting services. Creates and Maintains all reporting databases and tables. Works with HRIS as needed to understand HRIS design standards. Measures and analyzes performance of HR business drivers and Key Performance Indicators. Partners with HR Reporting Team Members to deliver HR reporting and analytics services. Measures and analyzes performance against targets and benchmark data per the process defined by HR. Extracts data from multiple HR applications or sources to generate standard and basic ad-hoc reports. Reviews multiple audit/exception reports on a biweekly basis to track and follow up on discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in related human resources role. Bachelor's degree. Advanced skills in Crystal, Oracle BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under minimal direction. Excellent error checking abilities. Proficiency in SalesForce, Lawson & Taleo. Working Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Access, SSRS, Tableau, Excel, ETC. Advanced typing skills. General understanding of HR functions with in-depth knowledge of HR reporting and analytics. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
