HR Recruiting Specialist - Direct Hire
Sacramento, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Drives the organizational talent planning, performance management and recruitment. Works with the COO and leadership partners to create new enterprise Talent Management strategies and tools. Consults and partners with the COO and HR to ensure a holistic, prioritized, and integrated talent strategy, roadmap, and work plan. Leads Team through Strategy, Visioning, Planning, Partnering, Creating nd Maintaining new ctrategies gor Enterprise performance management and talent planning. Creates and supports training, insights, and measurements. Designs and analyzes the organizational talent review practice to identify and retain top talent, facilitates movement and development of talent, and builds a diverse leadership bench. Provides insights to the COO, HR and departmental teams to inform broader talent strategies (e.G. Acquisition, retention, development).
Requirements: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, Talent Management, Executive Recruiting or related field. Bachelor's degree required. Experience with HRIS and/or ATS required. Creative and strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn strategy into practical tools and simple processes. Complex project management experience working across enterpriseor multiple functions with competing agendas. Proven track record of leading and influencing, exceptional collaboration, relationship, and consultation skills with demonstrated success building partnerships at all organizational levels.
