HR Recruiting Assistant

Responsibilities: Post approved Job Requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for Internal and External Recruitment. Process newhire offer acceptance in the ATS and ensure integration into the HRIS system for onboarding. Send follow-up forms and documentation to new hires for onboarding compliance. Process and oversee the Internal Transfer process. Assistin writing and distributing new hire and internal transfer offer letters. Manage the company recruiting email inboxand answer general questions about job openings/postings/position requirements. Assist the Recruitment Team in auditing the ATS Job Descriptions and Job Advertisements to ensure they are current and accurately reflect qualifications, job requirements, and company information. Produce recruiting reports and metrics as required. Provide position management guidance to Hiring Managers, as needed. Perform various generalist duties in support ofHuman Resources service delivery standards. Complete special projects as directed.
Requirements: Associate's degree Preferred, Minimum HS Diploma, Required. 1 or more years of heavy administration environment. Practical knowledge of Human Resource functions desired. Experience with various software programs including complex Applicant Tracking systems and their reporting functionalities. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with and maintain confidential employee information. Strong attention to detail. Well-developed analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently, effectively organize multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. High degree of initiative and independent judgment.
