Responsibilities: Enter all Physician data into HRIS system to include new hire data, personaldata, salary changes, status changes benefit and accrual plan eligibility, and termination processing. Perform regular audits of respective system to ensure data integrity; make changes accordingly within established procedures. Process background checks for new physicians and providers. Develop and maintain processes, system checklists, and other documentation. Process pay submissions from physicians, clinics and hospitals for all medicalgroups' physicians and providers. Ensure an active contract is in place for each pay request. Review and approve/deny expense reimbursement submissions received. Research pay issues by using pay system reports and/or reaching out to hospitals, clinics or Payroll department. Analyze pay and any discrepancies and ensure proper and accurate payments are received by physicians and providers. Process terminations for all medical groups. Prepare and send exit letters to all terminating physicians that summarize the status of their benefit programs upon termination.
Requirements: 3 years of Human Resources experience and/or HRIS experience in a Human Resources Setting. High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. HR certification a plus. Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality. Knowledge of Human Resources administration. Advanced Excel and Word; beginner level Access, experience with Lawson a plus. Critical thinker, detail oriented and quick learner. Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly and reliable. Strong communication both verbal and written. Type 50+ wpm. Professional demeanor.
Pay: $20-$22/hour DOE.
