Responsibilities: Supports recruiting process by scheduling interviews, coordinating interview panel, preparing any correspondence tocandidates. Prepares and processes all new hire documentation, creates personnel files and ensures all required documentation is complete; processes I-9's and background investigations. Benefit enrollment for new hires. Assist Human Resources Manager with conducting new hire and safety orientation. Enters and updates employee data such as address changes, EEO Data, leave of absences, emergency contact information, employee terminations. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, laminating, scanning etc. Writes letters, correspondence and e-mails on behalf of office staff.
Requirements: 2-5 years Administrative experience supporting an HR department. Bachelor's Degree required. General knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws. Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, willing to learn and show initiative. Strong organizational and time management skills.
