Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant - Direct Hire
Stockton, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Convert rawdata into journal entries and enter in general ledger. Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements. Prepare quarterly taxes. Run credit evaluations to obtain credit approvals. Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Oversee payroll process. Manage employee files. Manage workers compensation and Liability Insurance.
Requirements: 3-5 years' recent experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in accrual and cash basis accounting. High attention to detail. Experience with Great Plains a plus. Positive attitudeand ability to work independently.
