We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant who is experienced managing direct support for Senior Executives and Board of Directors with a large organization. The Executive Assistant will support the leadership team behind an innovative and progressive non-profit who advocate for a great cause. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker, confident and strategic in managing demanding Executives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides complex administrative support for multiple Senior Executives, Board of Directors and associated departments as needed. Manages and screens all forms of communication, takes messages, distributes and/or handles mail/email. Refers inquiries as appropriate or gathers information for follow-up. Act as point of contact and resource for staff, visitors, and other departments. Coordinates heavy schedules and calendaring, regular board meetings, providing support by preparing notices, agendas, and minutes. Compiles and distributes full meeting packets as needed with minimal direction. Independently applies judgment to resolve and/or refers complaints or issues as appropriate. Arranges for complex logistical needs. Coordinates travel, accommodation and off-site event arrangements. Coordinates electronic and equipment required for web and conference meetings, invites appropriate personnel. Maintains documents, files, and policies or procedures. Prepares reports or presentations with minimal direction. Composes and/or transcribes letters and other documents as needed. Responsible for a variety of projects as assigned. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 5+ year's professional experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executive(s)with a large organization. Legal, Healthcare or Non-Profit Organization experience a plus. Advanced MS Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent Oral and Written Communication. Proven ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive projects, including complex reports and presentations. Experienced in managing Executive Calendars and Scheduling. Event, Meeting and Conference Planning/Coordination a plus. Highly Organized and Professional. Independent thinker and self-driven. Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
