E-Learning Design Illustrator

Responsibilities: Partners with other training staff to prepare storyboards for eLearning module which reflect company workflows and functionality.Maintains eLearning Style guide and standards in alignment with current technology and with the master curriculum EHR Training Style Guide. Produces, develops, enhances and maintains eLearning modules. Defines scope and approachof eLearning module through in-depth analysis and discussions. Incorporates pertinent workflows into curriculum andtraining to ensure relevancy of training. Records or guides recording of audio, and process of storyboard translation into Captivate. Schedules and conducts review sessions to ensure final approval of module. Recommends ideas to improve training program and class content. Regularly audits content for enhancement and revision assessment. Finalizes, publishes and may assign modules to users. Mentors new Trainers. Provides site demonstrations as requested. Serves as primary resource for questions related to eLearning, such as Captivate, storyboarding techniques, etc. Provides feedback to Leadership on a regular basis.
Requirements: 2 years' experience developing/delivering training within an adult education environment. Bachelor's degree highly desired. ELearning production, curriculum creation and presentation and workflow analysis experience. Must have either Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline experience. Ability to work with and play an active role on a small team. Knowledge of standard desktop software systems, MS Office suite, and Web meeting application/Virtual PC software. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
