Director of Human Resources - Direct Hire

Responsibilities: Develops Human Resources policies, practices and procedures and HR operating policies and procedures. Implements and manages the HRIS System. Updates job descriptions. Ensures that Human Resources records and data management complies with security, confidentiality, and records retention requirements. Responsible for employee relations related issues. Recruits, trains, supervises, coaches, motivates, retains and evaluates HR staff. Ensures that a customer service orientation and commitment to accuracy permeates the HR function. Supports the administration of company health and welfare plans.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Administration, Psychology or a related field. Must be up to date with all HR related labor laws. Minimum of ten years' experience in Human Resources and at least five years in a supervisory capacity with three to five HR Generalist direct reports is required.
