We are recruiting a Director of Revenue Cycle to join the leadership team of a thriving FQHC organization in the Northern CA region. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing revenue analysis, managing billing and collections, and driving cross-departmental improvements. As Director of Revenue Cycle, you will shape and enhance billing practices while leading key operational initiatives. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on management, empowering you to transform revenue cycle operations.
Salary: $150,000- $180,000 DOE. Including comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, and 401(k) match.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead comprehensive FQHC revenue cycle operations, including analysis, process improvement, and staff development
- Optimize billing, collections, and coding practices while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation quality
- Analyze and manage payer contracts to maximize revenue potential across all locations
- Generate executive-level reports with strategic recommendations while identifying new revenue opportunities
- Implement and strengthen operational processes using revenue cycle/practice management software
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 8 years of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) revenue cycle management experience with bachelor's degree required
- Expertise in payer contracts, claims processing, and financial reporting systems
- Strong executive communication and relationship management capabilities with extensive experience presenting to executive teams.
- Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability
