Digital Project Coordinator II
Sacramento, CA | Temporary Position
Responsibilities: Obtain accurate project requirements so tasks may be assigned and scheduled with the team. Interface with customer to obtain needed assets and timelines. Ensure project intake and triage are completed in a timely manner. Work on projects through completion ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and adhere to quality standards. Close project once completed and advise all stakeholders work is completed. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, conference rooms, materials and supplies. Other duties as assigned for special projects.
Requirements: 5+ years' project administrative/management experience. BA/BS or Computer Science or equivalent education/experience. PMP or PMI-PBA certification desired. Experience working on Digital/IT projects. Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and interact with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of digital work or agency creative work a plus. Able to keep multiple contributorson task for deliverables. Self-starter; ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little or no supervision or direction. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects, multiple (andsometimes conflicting) priorities and adapt to change. Demonstrated high attention to detail and problem solving skills. Able to put together timelines.
