Corporate Recruiter - Direct Hire
San Jose, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating and identifying qualified candidates. Assist with the development of recruitment and advertising programs. Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to include: social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, and networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research. Manage full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, prescreening, final selections and salary negotiation. Maintain current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offers.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience in recruiting. Bachelor's degree preferred. Working knowledge in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of employment laws regarding employment practices. Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, and good judgment. Strong organizational skills and self-directed individual who is a team player. Ability to relate and articulate to people at all levels of an organization. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite.
