A mid-sized professional services organization in the Central Valley area is currently seeking a seasoned, full cycle Corporate Executive Recruiter to join their growing Human Resources team. Our client is looking for a Recruiter with experience in the Finance industry. The Executive Recruiter develops and implements a strategic talent acquisition strategy to recruit top talent, as well as create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a direct hire opportunity to join a longstanding, community based organization.

Responsibilities: Works with management to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, sourcing plan and hiring requirements. Evaluates recruiting efforts to continually improve the process and quality of talent brought into the organization. Identifies and selects media, technological and social solutions that support the talent acquisition strategy. Screens and interviews candidates for direct-hire placement. Full cycle recruiting on all levels of positions, including Executive level. Negotiates terms and conditions based on company standard operating practices. Understands the affirmative action goals for the organization and initiates programs that attract candidates that will meet those objectives. Oversees compliance to all regulations that impact the hiring and selection process. Coordinates and monitors the direct hire placement through its guarantee period and collection of payment. Builds strong relationships with universities throughout Northern California for recruiting purposes. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 5 years previous experience in full cycle recruiting required. Bachelor's degree required. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, and internal colleagues and management. Able to prioritizetasks to meet individual and business goals. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
