Corporate Executive Receptionist

Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors to the office. Determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate staff. Follow established procedures and guidelines for the front desk. Keep the area clean, tidy and presentable. Answer and route all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Receive and distribute faxes to appropriate staff. Respond to general information inquiries with accuracy. Provide back-up support to the Office Manager as needed. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Br>
Requirements: 2+ years' experience working as a receptionist in a corporate setting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly professional. Type 45wpm and will be tested on typing speed. Strong customer service skills and experience. Ability to operate a multi-phone line system. Excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
