Responsibilities: Coordinatea high volume of events. Maintain both training records as well as organization of the details and logistics of theevents. Act as point of contact for external clients. Support the Training Manager and needs of the Training Department. Assist with administrative office duties. Attend offsite training events as needed to assist with onsite training coordination.
Requirements: Ability to navigate a variety of tasks with flexibility.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills while assisting both internal and external clients. Ability to think critically and problem solve. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer savvy.
