Compensation and Benefits Manager - Direct Hire
Stockton, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Drives the design of the benefits plans, working with CHRO, CEO, CFO and Leadership Board. Ensures compensation and benefits programs/practices are clearly communicated and understood by management and employees participating in the benefit programs. Possesses a deep understanding of progressive compensation and benefit practices, including benchmarking, job mapping, compensation & benefits administration. Drives annual review and documentation of salaryplanning. Owns the management of compensation programs and benefits, including the recurring processes that supportthose programs. Benchmark the ranges externally. Provides annual submission of data to external survey groups. Conducts annual benchmarking of pay ranges in each geography and recommend changes. Makes recommendations for raisepool as appropriate, including financial impact analysis across the organization. Develops and delivers programs toeducate the Board of Director's Compensation Committee, executives, leaders and employees on programs and processes.
Qualifications:10 years HR experience including experience with compensation & benefits development. Bachelor's degree required, Master's Preferred, PHR/SPHR and/or CEBS certification preferred. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, develop strong relationships, influence significant decisions and manage change. Excellent business acumen and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to educate employees about benefit features. Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills and able to effectively prioritize. Proven proficiency in related software and database management. Previous experiencewith global HRIS systems required, Workday preferred. Experience with compensation and benefits working in multiplegeographies areas. Executive presence and ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders.
