We are recruiting for an experienced Clinic Manager who is comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment. The Clinic Manager will coordinate and direct the daily clinical, operational, and program activities to ensure delivery of quality patient care. This position is a direct hire opportunity in Sacramento.

Responsibilities: Supervise clinic staff. Manage clinical operations including but not limited to staffing schedules, phone access to the healthcare team, and patient flow. Prepare and manage all documentation andreporting requirements including but not limited to QA reports, performance evaluations, time sheets, and time off requests. Ensure effective staff utilization to meet staffing and workload requirements and support the delivery ofquality patient care and services within budgetary guidelines. Develop staffing plans; work with human resources staff to recruit and hire staff; coordinate comprehensive orientation of new staff. Establish accountabilities and performance goals and provides counseling, coaching, feedback, recognition, training, and development to staff. Plan, coordinate, direct, and provide patient care orientation and ongoing education to staff. Support and participate in performance improvement and risk management programs. Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, risk management, and federal, state, and local regulations. Exhibit a high degree of courtesy, tact, and poise when interacting with patients, families and other healthcare professionals. Troubleshoot patient problems. Minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in health care administration or other health-related field or equivalent. Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies. Able to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline. Strong documentation skills. Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Acute attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills.
