We are recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer to act as the primary leader of the Finance department for a regional industry leader in Rancho Cordova. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with leading and guidance of accounting and finance staff, and providing executive management with advice on the financial impact ofbusiness activities through financial reporting, analytics and score cards. Position is a full time, direct hire opportunity with an organization that is looking for a leader to develop and direct strategic solutions with a focus on operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities: Establish and maintain supportive relationshipswith the key leaders across the organization. Lead the strategic support planning process for the organization in evaluating, selecting, and funding of solutions to support collective strategic business plans, business data needs, budget administration, staff planning, capital expenditures, management controls, and operating performance measurements. Understand and communicate to leadership the collective financial strategic business needs of the organization. Provide strong leadership and management guidance to Accounting/Finance staff, creating the collaborative teamwork and organizational infrastructure necessary to implement strategies and operations within the context of the strategic plan. Responsible for hiring, appraising, coaching, and disciplining the Accounting/Finance team. Understand the strategic and business needs of our clients, service lines, and operationalcapabilities.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA or CPA desirable. Significant experience in managing a finance/accounting department as typically acquired in 10+ years. Seasoned expertise working with senior leaders to evaluate, implement, and adopt business solutions. Demonstrated experience in managing all personnel aspects of an accounting staff, including goal setting, performance monitoring, team leadership, team-building, and creativity; and ability to effectively communicate. Able to deliveron key performance indicators that ensure high availability and integrity of financial operations.
