Responsibilities: Administrative support to the real estate team by collecting, organizing and distributing loan documents. Heavy data entry. Assist with mortgage document processing. Make calls to borrowers for follow up on paperwork and missing information. Answer phones and provide information or transfer to appropriate individual. Audit files for accuracy and assist with data collection. Maintain database; make appropriate changes and updates/additions.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in an administrative role, prefer 1 year experience in real estateor mortgage. High attention to detail. Accurate typing/10 key skills, 45wpm preferred. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high volume setting. Excellent verbal and written communication.
