Responsibilities: Administrative support to the office team by collecting, organizing and distributing documents. Heavy data entry. Assist with document processing. Make calls to clients for follow up on paperwork and missing information. Answer phones and provide information or transfer to appropriate individual. Audit files for accuracy and assist with data collection. Maintain database; make appropriate changes and updates/additions.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in an administrative role. High attention to detail. Accurate typing/10 key skills, 45wpm preferred. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high volume setting. Excellentverbal and written communication.
