Administrative Account Coordinator with Printing Experience
Sacramento, California | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and bidding projects. Receive, manage, process and create the manufacturing instructions for each job received and provide the necessary support to meet internal customer needs. Update customers on job status. Answer phones; direct calls as needed and provide client estimates. Enter job specifications into production systems. Assist printing technicians with different responsibilities. Read and respond to all email requests from client or client services. Monitor incoming jobs and escalate / create service tickets for missing files or issues being encountered. Keep sales informed of production issues and changes in production schedules. Help maintain effective and efficient operations by proactively identifying potential cost over-runs. Effectively manage and prioritize numerous projects with various deadlines atonce. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in an Account Coordinator role; print industry knowledge a plus. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Exceptional customer service and positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills. High attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong project management and time-management skills. Ability to problem solve, analyze potential solutions and usegood sound judgment to make decisions.
