Accounts Receivable/Billing Lead - Direct Hire

Our client is looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, with a proven history of high-volume (approximately 10, 000 invoices a month), and has the drive to work hard to elevate themselves to the next level. The A/R Billing Lead will have up to three direct reports and will need to have the leadership skills to back-up the A/R Billing Manager. This is a full time direct hire or temporary to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities: Maintains contacts with other departments within the organization to improve the efficiency of the billing process. Assists the Billing Manager in auditing current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of billing operations. Utilizes data effectively, including creating useful reports to reconcile account activity. Provides, oversees, and coordinates the provision of training for new and existing billing staff on applicable operating policies, protocols, systems and procedures, standards, and techniques. Supervises billing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Requirements: Minimum 5+ years in high volume billing accounts receivable experience required. Billing supervision experience preferred. Ability to lead and motivate staff, and to communicate effectively. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Intermediate to advance skillset in Excel. Candidate will be tested. Self driven, analytical, problem solver, with high attention to detail. Experience with Navision a plus.
Salary: $55, 000 - $60, 000/yr
