ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST – DIRECT HIRE
We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join an established real estate developer and property management company based in the Roseville area. Our client offers a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture, a flexible working environment and a very supportive and engaged leadership team. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for monitoring multiple company bank accounts, credit card reconciliation and high-volume AP processing. Pay range: $28.00-$32.00/hour DOE.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with AP processing, reconciliations, and bank account management.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate invoice approvals.
- Data entry and processing weekly check run.
- Monitor utility bills and payments.
- Coordinate bank transfers.
- Make monthly mortgage payments.
- Create and manage ACH payments.
- Process monthly partner distributions and related reports.
- Research in a timely manner any past due bills and statements.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and manage payments.
- Maintain paper and electronic files, including W-9s.
- Process quarterly tax payments.
- Serve as primary bank account liaison, set up new bank accounts, work with a variety of banks and banking websites.
- Collect information, prepare and file 1099 forms.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience with accounts payable processing.
- Strong accounts payable and bank account management experience.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests and maintain files.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with automating and improving AP processes a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Effective interpersonal communication techniques, verbally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with staff, service providers, and vendors.
